Mr. Keji Olajide is a non-executive director of the Company. He is the Chief Consulting Officer of Primacy Global Consults, a Management and Financial advisory firm which specializes in areas of Tax Consulting, Software Development and Training. He is a professional with over twenty-eight years of cognate experience in Banking and engages in financial and management consulting services in the public and private sectors. He has worked in different banks in Nigeria including Union Bank of Nigeria and Keystone Bank Limited where he was involved in various strategic initiatives, particularly in the areas of recapitalization and divestment processes.
Mr. Olajide is a graduate of Accountancy/Finance and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in International Business Management from Lagos State University, Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts, Nigeria (CIFIAN). He is an alumnus of Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania USA where he obtained a certificate in CFO as a Strategic partner. He also attended London Business School in the United Kingdom where he received a certificate in Business Valuation.
