Emma Okwamba is a Senior Corporate Manager with over 20 years work experience in talent and material management in the insurance industry. Emma’s areas of expertise include human resource management, employee performance management, labour relations, corporate administration and intelligence, customer care and organizational performance management, people strategy and development. Currently, he heads Human Resources Department in KBL Insurance Ltd.
Emma has a B. A Hons.English and Master Degree in Public Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management from University of Nigeria (UNN) and University of Lagos (UNILAG) respectively. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN) and Associate of Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA).
Emma is happily married with children. His hobbies include reading, social commentary and events compere.
