Fire and Special Perils
This product provides cover for both private residence and business premises against loss or damage to property, injury or death to persons caused by fire and related perils such as flood, storm, tempest, riot and strikes, malicious damage, explosion, burst water pipes.
The Red Card
This is a fire insurance product specially designed for low to medium income class. It provides standardized cover for contents of buildings only at affordable premium rates. The product provides cover on the contents of your home up to N1 million. The Premium for this cover is only N4,000 per annum
HOME XTRA
Home Xtra is a comprehensive insurance policy that provides a 24 hour, all-year-round cover for your buildings and contents against fire, theft and other related perils like flood, collapse, storm, etc.
Additional cover/benefits include:
- Payment of medical expenses incurred in event of insured peril occurring
- Payment for death of persons
- Payment for alternative accommodation
- Payment of legal liabilities of third parties
HOMESTEAD INSURANCE
The homestead is designed to cover the house and contents against fire / specified perils as well as theft. It also covers the life of the house owner against accidental death / permanent disability for N1, 000,000.00 if the building’s sum insured is above N10, 000,000.00.
